Our client is a family-owned retailer with over 180 stores in the UK and rapidly growing ecommerce and International franchise models.They are a service centric brand and an employer of choice recognised as a Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to workfor in the UK who care about their people, customers and the communities in which they trade.Due to expansion they are now looking for an Export Planning Administrator to join a small but busy logistics planning team based out of Amersham.

Reporting into the Export Planning Coordinator the Export Planning Administrator will be responsible for managing the flow of export documentation for all International shipments.You will be working closely with other departments including buying, qualityassurance, finance and our international operations and merchandising teams. As Export Planning Administrator you will possess strong excel skills and will enjoy using these on a regular basis as part of your role.

**Responsibilities - Export Planning Administrator**
- Producing necessary export documentation for all International shipments leaving DC
- Produce/monitor export and Import documentation for European partner
- Working with relevant internal teams to collate key information from the necessary departments to ensure the smooth dispatch of goods.
- Liaising with DC’s, shipping companies and international partners to organize collection of goods.
- Communicating any amendments or shipment delays to relevant partners and internal teams.
- Manage collections from the DC to ensure outbound workflow is phased in line with overall outbound operations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with international partners/shippers.
- Ensure all export documentation is produced in line with UK customs requirements to enable tracking of international shipments.

**Required Skills - Export Planning Administrator**
- Intermediate excel experience with strong working knowledge of v-look ups and formulas essential.
- Proven administration background gained within fast moving businesses.
- Previous logistics or export experience would be great however is not essential for this role.
- Commercially aware with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage workload as well working collaboratively with teams
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel and Outlook.
