We are currently recruiting for a Office Administrator to expand our existing team. The role will mainly be office based in Chesham, working within the Chesham/Amersham area Monday to Friday 8am-4pm and will include, but not limited to, the following key responsibilities:

- Writing and updating care plans
- Carrying out and completing risk assessments
- Completing staff rosters using **People Planner**:

- Taking part with our on-call system on a rota basis
- Answering and responding to phone calls
- Upholding our company ethos and values
- Liaising with health and social care professionals and families
- Providing support for our team of care support workers

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:

- Must hold Full UK Driving Licence
- Own vehicle
- NVQ 2/3
- Experienced in care provision
- Willingness to work weekends/evenings/bank holidays on a rota basis
- Experienced in IT / Microsoft packages
- Good at problem solving and logical mind
- Good telephone manner
- Willingness to take part in on-call on a rota basis
- Caring and calm under pressure
- Ability to manage own workload
- Work well as part of a team
