Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a globally operating financial services business based in Whiteley in their recruitment for a Fund Administrator.
The purpose of this role is to deliver a first class administrative service to a portfolio of clients in line with the defined business activities.
Responsibilities of the successful Finance Administrator:

- Administration of a portfolio of clients, in accordance with procedures
- Liaising with clients on day to day matters
- Assist more senior member of staff with their client portfolio
- Undertake daily cash flow monitoring of client bank accounts
- Maintain asset registers and review of ownership documentation of those assets
- Review of drawdowns and distributions
- Co-ordinate with fund administrators and managers to ensure depositary duties are undertaken in a timely manner
- Scheduling and attending of meetings
- Ad hoc support for the team
- Finance knowledge from a degree OR a previous role
- Sound academic background with a willingness to study for a qualification
