**About the role**:
Join Attivo at a pivotal moment and take ownership of the design and execution of Attivo's marketing strategy. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and enhance awareness and trust in the Attivo brand.
- Formulate short and long-term plans and budgets, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence, and evaluating performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure existing clients understand the value of working with Attivo and encourage referrals.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and digital marketing for improved client attraction, brand positioning, customer experience, and revenue generation.
- Establish and track targets for building brand awareness and trust.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with external stakeholders such as the media and consumer partnerships.
- Select and manage agencies to achieve desired outcomes, fostering productive relationships, innovative thinking, and value for money.

**Requirements**:

- Commercial Focus: Proven track record of delivering growth in a commercially focused environment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
- Digital Expertise: Broad knowledge and expertise in digital marketing, branding, communications, and PR.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, delivering within budget and on time.
- Communication Skills: Confident communicator, adept at influencing and gaining buy-in at all organizational levels.
- Regulatory Understanding: Appreciation of the requirements of working in a regulated environment.

**Essential skills and experience**
- Demonstrated leadership of a Marketing team in a B2C environment.
- Track record in leading 360 marketing strategies, showcasing outcomes in brand awareness and revenue.
- Strong project management skills, handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective people management skills, leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with a premium brand.

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Degree-level education.
- Professional qualifications related to the role.
- Experience in financial services markets and products.

**Location:
This role is based at our Cheltenham Head Office for an average of 2 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. We value work-life balance and offer a hybrid approach to working.

**Salary and benefits**

Up to £75,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance.
