Administrative Assistant

Skills:
1. High standard of inter-personal and communication skills
2. Administrative experience in professional services offices
3. Knowledge of preparing and implementing marketing and business development strategies for professional services organisations
4. Good IT skills and working knowledge of website design and content management and relevant popular packages
5. Ability to carry out research and work to deadlines and on own initiative
Role:
1. Day to day liaison with Tenants, Letting Agents, Contractors, Local Authorities, Utilities and Suppliers
3. Coordinating works on residential and commercial development projects
4. Use of Accounting, Book keeping and Property Management software packages
5. Book keeping, banking and monthly reconciliations
6. Facilities management, inspection and maintenance for properties
7. Administration of fax, copier, printer, scanner and franking machines
8. Provide support to other support administrative staff
9. Maintain confidentiality at all times
10. Punctuality, attention to detail and pride in work important qualities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £16,250.00-£19,000.00 per year
