An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer with the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’

Association for Yorkshire and The Humber (RFCA YH), an organisation that supports the reserve forces and cadets in the Yorkshire and Humber Region.

This is a key position in the Estates Team with management support.

**Some of your duties will include;**
- Taking calls raised to the Estates Helpdesk
- Handling and prioritising reported building faults
- Updating and maintaining the Estate database
- Raising orders for statutory and mandatory inspection testing
- General office administration including organising meetings, taking minutes, preparing reports, filing correspondence and archiving
- Providing administrative support for the Estates Officer, Compliance officer and the wider Estates Team

As part of a small professional team, the applicant must be self
- motivated, highly organised and able to identify and prioritise targets. Strong IT skills are required, especially familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You should hold a full, clean driving licence and use of a pool car for business travel is provided.**Our reference**: SE3199
