Overview:
UK Phoenix Healthcare are on the lookout for experienced **FEMALE **ABI support workers to support our client in Swinton (Manchester), where you will be providing support with daily living tasks to an individual with a frontal lobe acquired brain injury following a road traffic accident.

The client requires support with their memory, planning and processing skills and requires support with emotional regulation and impulsivity alongside difficulties initiating.

**Duties**:

- Assist client with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help client engage in social activities and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in the health or behaviour of client
- Supporting deficits with executive functioning difficulties
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best support for client
- Maintain accurate records of support provided

Qualifications:

- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- ABI specific training (essential)
- Previous experience working in an ABI support role
- Excellent communication skills and empathy towards others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and confidentiality requirements
- Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references
- **FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED**
