**Job description**:
Co-ordinate and guide internal and external stakeholder groups and support their understanding of governance and process. Ensure that all boards, committees, associated meetings and memberships are provided with comprehensive governance and efficient support services to enable them to fulfil their roles and ensure these individuals are held to account. Arrange, plan and support the running of governance meetings, maintaining all the appropriate governance documentation:

- Prepare and distribute agendas
- Attend governance meetings and take minutes
- Collate and log actions, which are followed up on in a timely manner.
- Manage RAID logs
- Maintain meeting terms of reference and link agenda points across forums
- Deliver governance training/updates as required.
- Provide PMO support, guidance and expertise to key stakeholders
- Ensure regular communication is maintained across the teams to support effective delivery of initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain any appropriate shared mailboxes and attendee calendars to ensure adequate representation at meetings.
- Work across the team to collate workstream updates and collate into a weekly team report to be shared within and outside of the team.
- Identify and log any personal development requirements.
- Deliver training on governance and related topics as required.
- Undertake and support other such duties as may be allocated by other members of the team (Head of Supply Chain Mgt. and or Supply Chain Manager)

**Person specification**:

- Experience in a similar role with a good understanding of PMO management, including governance delivery and risk management.
- A keen eye for detail and able to make sense of often conflicting advice and steers, yet successfully facilitates discussions and is able to gain consensus from parties and individuals on the best route forwards.
- A tenacious approach and a desire to drive actions to their conclusion and ensure that timelines are met.
- Great written and verbal communicator with good interpersonal skills who can foster strong relationships in what is often a challenging environment.
- An organised self-starter who can work under pressure and is eager to learn.
- Someone who is happy to work both on their own and as part of an exceptional team.
- Competent in the use of technology and software to support their role particularly MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
