They will create, document, maintain and own strategic account plans to inform and progress meaningful, lasting and developmental interactions and to optimise the value journey for all designated top-tier strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- 1. To create or assume, manage and grow a network of senior contacts for all designated top-tier strategic accounts reaching into the upper echelons of fraud and financial crime strategy and fraud operations, upholding a strategic approach to top tier member management
- Mapping out designated top-tier Member contacts, interactions, aims and objectives of engagement
- Implementing strategic plans for engagement, ensuring account planning is aligned to Cifas sector plans and commercial opportunities
- Maintaining a schedule of regular contact with senior stakeholders in all designated top-tier Members
- Creating opportunities for others at Cifas to engage with top-tier Members
- 2. Position Cifas as the go-to place for fraud and financial crime solutions to designated top-tier Members
- Establish and maintain Cifas as a trusted fraud prevention partner with designated top-tier Members and ensure the successful and continued retention of membership
- 3. Place Cifas on the fraud strategy and technology road maps of designated top-tier Members
- Assume or develop a network of relationships at multiple levels across designated top-tier Members and ensure Cifas is consulted and engaged in their future fraud and financial crime prevention strategies
4. Promote adoption of Cifas services and products and actively participate in the development of new products, services, tools or solutions
- In-depth knowledge of designated top-tier Members, focused on Member needs and satisfaction, understanding their requirements and ensuring Cifas remains relevant so as to help drive Cifas product and service adoption and thus increase revenue
- Assist in the development of compelling business cases for the adoption of Cifas services and products and promoting the use of Cifas databases across the customer lifecycle
- 5. Promote high levels of compliance by designated top-tier Members with Cifas handbooks and principles of operation, including on reciprocity, filing accuracy and quality, overseas access, and compliant use of Cifas data in automated processes, scoring and modelling
- Dealing with issues of non-compliance in a firm manner, managing conflict and tensions to achieve Cifas aims
6. Promote cross-sector engagement and drive cross-sector value across designated top-tier Members from different sectors
- Ensure Cifas maximises our cross-sector data, intelligence and learning community to drive advocacy and engagement from all designated top-tier Members
- Supporting the development and execution of relevant multi-sector plans-multi-sector and cross-office collaboration on Cifas projects
- 8. Be a statesperson for Cifas by professionally representing the organisation and/or leading at external meetings, conferences and events; producing compelling materials, narrative and synthesis in partnership with Communications and Strategic Intelligence; and representing Member Success at strategic internal projects as required
9. To work closely, productively and collaboratively with peers and colleagues across all the Cifas business teams in order to ensure that collective objectives can be met, and to help fulfil the commitments of Member Success to the Cifas business plan.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Commercially aware and tenacious, with proven experience as a leader or relevant role managing senior strategic relationships especially from an end-customer perspective, with experience of fraud and financial crime management disciplines
- Proven account management skills with major strategic account customers
- Experience of developing, implementing and maintaining effective strategic relationship management plans
- Versatile, with a track record of delivering results in client retention and senior account management in a complex and sometimes technical environment
- Accomplished communication and interpersonal skills and confident and clear written and spoken communication
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
- Numerate, organised and attentive to detail
- Ability to work professionally in managing priorities effectively, meeting deadlines and working collaboratively with others

- In-depth knowledge of fraud prevention, fraud systems and fraud prevention technology, ideally gained through working at a senior level in a member environment
- Knowledge of Cifas’ products and the Cifas handbook and the ways in which Cifas data can be legitimately used by designated top-tier Members and other stakeholders
