Position Overview:

As the Managing Director, you will provide strategic vision and leadership, overseeing all aspects of geopolitical risk analysis and strategic consultancy. Your role will involve driving growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services. This position emphasizes senior leadership, strategic direction, and mentorship of junior staff.

 

Requirements:

 

  • A minimum of 12 years of cumulative work experience in relevant fields.
  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within reputable Global Management Consulting firms, with a strong foundation in strategic consultancy.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing or leading strategic consulting projects on a global scale, showcasing exceptional leadership and analytical skills.
  • Deep expertise in geopolitical risk factors within a specialized area, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated capability in driving business growth and expansion, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • A Master's degree in Education, or equivalent, is preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide strategic vision and leadership, guiding the firm's overall direction and growth strategy.
  • Oversee the delivery of comprehensive political and economic risk assessments within specialized domains, ensuring high-quality and actionable insights.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategic consultancy services, tailored to meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team, mentoring and developing junior staff members to reach their full potential.
  • Drive business development efforts, cultivating relationships with key clients and industry partners to expand the firm's client base.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing its reputation as a thought leader in geopolitical risk analysis and strategic consultancy.
