**The Role & Key Responsibilities***:

- Develop a strong relationship with C-Suite / Head of / Partners and their teams at prospective clients and consultants across target list.
- Keep them abreast of latest business and product updates.
- Originate new opportunities across target list.
- Attend relevant key industry events.
- Grow business profile across key markets and products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, product, client relationship management, technology, operations etc. to ensure proposals are tailored to client culture, values, language, strategy and requirements.
- Global coordination and project management of new opportunities, presentations and workshops.
- Arrange internal meetings as required to ensure timely delivery and preparedness for pitches, proposals and workshops.
- Identify relevant prospective client and consultant contacts across target list.
- Bring creativity and innovation to enhance sales approach.
- Review and recommend improvements to current processes.
- Define a detailed account strategy and engagement plan.
- Build excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Where relevant, partner with sales colleagues in initial client scoping call to fully understand client requirements and aid discovery.
- Be proactive in personal training and development.
- Contribute to creating a healthy working environment for the team.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
- Consultative sales with good project management skills.
- Good understanding of the alternative funds industry and services.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Creative and ‘think-outside-the-box’ approach to sales.
- Confident and well-presented in front of clients.
- English speaker but additional languages beneficial.
- Enthusiasm for learning, growing and improving.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Exceptional service delivery and client centric.
- Build strong rapport with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
