**About the job**

Additionally, the Distribution Centre Support Administrator will need to:

- Keep meticulous records of inventory levels, order processing, and other pertinent data.
- Implement efficient record-keeping systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor shipment schedules and address any discrepancies to maintain seamless operations.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to uphold product quality standards.
- Conduct regular checks to identify and address any issues related to product quality.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints related to distribution services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating tasks to optimize workflow.
- Handle filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You are a highly organised person with excellent attention to detail and enjoy seeing tasks through to completion. You will also have:

- An understanding of IT and basic systems and processes
- An understanding of management systems
- An ability to work to tight and changing deadlines
- An ability to maintain accurate record keeping
- A drive to help your team and provide support in the areas that require it most
