We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our dynamic team from our office in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Wholesale and Retail business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date database
- Book appointments for quotes and meetings with external companies
- Chase and send out quotes and invoices
- Process supplier statements, log job expenses, and assist with cash flow forecasts and reporting
- Prepare VAT returns
- Provide exceptional customer service through ecommerce channels (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, company mailbox)
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
- Supervise administrative services to ensure compliance with standards
- Organize site visits for external visitors
- Identify opportunities for personal and professional growth

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of administrative/accounts experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to use initiative to resolve problems efficiently
- Friendly telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
- Proactive, organized, open-minded, and adaptable to changing workloads and duties
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with external organizations

Pay: £17,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
