Property Administration Officer

We are recruiting for an experienced Property Administration Officer to join our team at CLD Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property administration, ensuring seamless communication between tenants and landlords.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our clients to ensure that every application is moved in successfully and that all necessary documentation is completed.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all property administration tasks, including renewals, inspections, and vacates
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and signed
  • Serve notices to tenants and landlords in compliance with relevant laws
  • Deal with tenant and landlord enquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Negotiate and process deposit returns
  • Audit and verify maintenance records
  • Action and resolve maintenance calls received within company timescales
  • Provide advice to landlords on tenant and landlord obligations
  • Arrange and administer tenancy terminations
  • Conduct mid-term inspection reports
  • Chase arrears and collect payments from tenants
  • Report any anomalies to the client and resolve as necessary

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in property administration or a related field
  • ARLA qualified (or working towards level 3)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
