Based in modern open offices directly next to the River Don in Kelham Island, Sheffield (one of the most exciting parts of the city), we have great people working for us already and we’re keen to find the right person to fit within that team.

**Location** : Kelham Island, Sheffield

**Salary**: £20k up to £27.5k OTE, depending on experience and performance related bonus.

- An excellent telephone manner.
- A willingness to talk to people to provide information.
- A high level of IT literacy and a willingness to learn the very latest technology on an on-going basis. Examples include Cloud CRM, Office Automation, Sketchup and Live Chat. Full training will be provided, so no previous experience of these software packages is necessary.
- A technical or construction background is not required, but you will need a desire to learn.
- Numerate and an ability to visualise technical products.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self motivated and highly driven.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively.
- Keen to work as part of a team.
- An ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with all types of people, in all types of job roles (e.g. office receptionist, builder/architect, business owner/director). Good level of written English.
- An attention to detail. Once trained and with experience, you will be discussing technical aspects of a project.
- Minimum education to Degree Level or equivalent.

Package:
The position is full-time (9am - 5pm, 5 days per week) and permanent. In return expect a salary of £20k, up to £27.5k OTE, depending on performance related bonus. 23 days paid holiday + Bank Holidays, and the chance to be part of something great.
