**Accountabilities and Main Duties**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor order book for incoming orders, liaising with Project Managers and Sales Estimators to determine project requirements promptly after receipt of order and arranging handover meetings.
- Interpret customer order requirements to ensure project tasks including design and key dates are recorded accurately on the project programme.
- Work alongside the design department to communicate with designers to ensure scheduled tasks are completed in good time.
- Department administration including issuing documentation and drawings, management of project specific requests for information including technical queries and quality checking of all project information
- Compilation and management of client specific documentation including project programmes for both internal and external use.
- Coordinating with both internal departments and clients to ensure that the latest project documents are utilised.
- Provide general administration support to the design, commercial and project teams.
- Attend internal and external meeting.
**Essential Skills**:
- Previous experience of the construction industry working as a Document Controller (3 years).
