We are now recruiting for a temporary Stock Administrator to join a proactive and organised department who work efficiently to deliver a premium, first-class service to support the wider organisation.

The role of Stock Administrator shall be to primarily ensure alignment of stock between the Berkmann system and our 3PL warehousing system, conduct stock investigation activities to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy. Develop and maintain stock control procedures and documentation, and record keeping systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Reporting to the Group Stock Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our stock holding is accurate on a live system and you will check and confirm that stocks are receipted correctly. You will also confirm the accuracy of returns to allow us to credit our customers as efficiently as possible.

You will support the Group Stock Manager in the day to day administration of Berkmann stocks, ensuring all returns and adjustments are reconciled and receipted daily. You will also make sure that products are available in a timely manner to meet sales demands, stock checks are raised and completed quickly and accurately and to provide some cover for the Group Stock Manager. You will also need to generate and distribute several stock holding reports when required.

You will be numerical with excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organised with a keen attention to detail and a team player with a can-do attitude. You will need excellent time management skills, with the capability of prioritising your own workload and tasks effectively. Inventory control experience is desirable, but not a necessity, as training will be provided.

**WORKING PATTERN**

This role is 37.5 hours per week; 7.5 hours per day 09:00 - 17:30 pm Monday to Friday (with an unpaid break of 1 hour). You may be asked to work overtime, but this is not guaranteed.
