**Location**: Winchmore Hill
**Salary**: Dependent on experience but in the region of £21,000 per annum
Our office hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday.
This is a temporary role, and you may be required to have a flexible approach to your working hours, your working hours will be within our Office Hours.
We are looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Admin Department. The Administration Department are an essential part of the wider office team, regularly interacting with other departments within the business and external clients.
**Role Purpose**
- Responsible for the administration of all client documents, including opening mail then scanning and allocating this to specific clients’ files using IRIS.
- Dealing with the notarisation and legalisation of various company documents.
- Completing some standard documents required for HMRC and drafting letters on behalf of clients confirming trading addresses, shareholding (induction will be provided)
- Inform clients of important correspondence, including, but not limited to; HMRC and Companies House.
- Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organised, and secure.
- Communicate with other departments.
**Role Desirables**:
- Previous experience in similar role desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good at developing internal and external relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- IT literate.
- Client focus and commercial awareness.
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
Pay: £21,000.00-£21,000.01 per year
