Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in the equestrian world
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and performance metrics
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
**Experience**:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
