Main Responsibilities:

We're seeking a skilled and organised Recruitment Administrator to provide essential support to our Recruitment Team in Alcester. In this role, you'll work closely with the Recruitment Manager to maintain office systems, process applications, and meet internal and external deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining office systems, data management, and filing.
  • Handling and processing successful applications.
  • Planning and prioritising Recruitment tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Providing guidance to candidates via email and telephone.
  • Carrying out recruitment tasks, including interviews and compliance background checks.
  • Managing skilled workers and reports to UK Visa's and Immigration.
  • Managing job advertisements and social media channels.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as an administrator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of a range of software packages and IT skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle different tasks.
  • The ability to drive.
