**The Job**:
We are delighted to be assisting our client with their vacancy for a Business Support Services Administrator in central Birmingham
- Electronic filing using a document management systems
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Compiling electronic bundles
- Conflict searching and Matter opening
- Processing incoming requests via the departmental inboxes
- Reprographics
- Maintaining stationery supplies

**The Person**:
For this role, our client is ideally looking for someone with
- Customer service driven, with a concern for accuracy and an eye for detail
- IT literate with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload effectively
- Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible. Willing to contribute and support others as part of a team
- Confident verbal and written communication skills

36.25 per week, working shifts between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday,
