Tate are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Investment Management firm based in Bristol who are seeking an accomplished Administrator to join their established team. Our client has a true family feel, and a friendly and supportive working culture

Working as an integral part of the team, the Administrator position will involve
- Maintaining communication with clients ensuring that they are kept fully informed and updated
- Coordinating team workloads in the delivery of services to clients
- Maintaining client records and internal CRM systems
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Planners
- Proven working background in an administrative role within a regulated environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A high level of accuracy, someone who takes real pride in their work
- Excellent organisation skills which can be applied to own and others workloads
- Competence in MS Word and Excel

Working in great offices with fabulous people, this role is paying up to £31,000 and also attracts a number of other generous benefits including an enhance Pension scheme, private medical insurance, hybrid working (with full office set up provided for home if required), family friendly policies, and study support for agreed courses.
