Administrative Support Role - Financial Services

We are recruiting an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for our financial services clients in Burgess Hill.

Main tasks include supporting financial advisers and mortgage advisers, developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate accurate client portfolio valuations from multiple investment sources.
    • Process all new business applications, updating client information systems.
    • Ensure compliance standards are met for new business cases.
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience in the financial services sector, preferably in investments.
    • Excellent IT skills, numerical, and literacy abilities with some familiarity with administrative processes.
    • Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

This is a part-time role, ideal for 3 days a week, based in their office.

Salary: Estimated salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
