Job Title: Experienced Financial Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Financial Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to financial planners, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Retriever and update information on client profiles, including personal and financial details
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all correspondence, verbal or written, with clients, colleagues, and third parties
  • Work closely with financial advisors to gather data and assist in creating financial reports
  • Assess client objectives to identify suitable solutions
  • Create and present suitability letters to financial advisors, adhering to company policies and regulations
  • Support additional needs of financial advisors by gathering information on business processes, tax laws, and other relevant fields
  • Ensure compliance with Financial Conduct Authority guidelines and stay up-to-date with industry developments to provide exceptional client service
