An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Customer Success Team
We are expanding our wonderful team and are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Executive who will be based at our Wokingham Head office

**What is the role?**
In this role, reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for supporting the team through managing tasks and supporting projects for our clients, your day to day tasks will include but not limited too:
- Support our Customer Success team in delivering effective reward and recognition solutions to our Customers.
- Help communicate new products and enhancements to our Customers
- Using data to become insightful reports for our Customers
- Processing starters and leavers on our reward and recognition system,
- Reporting on any issues or findings to your team,
- Working within our internal teams on delivery (Marketing / Sales / Product and Development)
- Contact training sessions when needed with internal parties,
- Admin Tasks - Invoicing included chasing down late payments, meeting contact reports.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Willing to problem solve and be a self starter.
- Be a fountain of product knowledge,
- Have a strong knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel,
- Punctuality/delivering on time
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Open to working flexibly, as part of a virtual and office-based team
- A curious and innovative person, who is proactive and willing to try new things.
Experience within an office and customer facing based role would be beneficial.
