**Are you ready to take your career to the next level? ISS is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Ops & Compliance Co-ordinator to support the Operations Manager in ensuring that our contracts are compliant with quality auditing and general admin matters.**

**As an ambassador for the portfolio of contracts, you'll be responsible for building confidence with our operational teams and other business support functions in a sensitive, considerate, and helpful manner.**

**You'll be a key member of our team, delivering set outcomes within agreed timescales and budgets and highlighting any potential risks to the business.**

**At ISS, we provide Facility Management services to educational establishments across the UK, including primary & secondary schools, colleges, and office sites. As our Ops & Compliance Co-ordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our contracts are compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines.**

**Key Responsibilities**

***

***:

- **To work with the Operations Manager, Service Support Manager and team to develop and further enhance the contract including additional services tenders**
***:

- **Support and Manage the Caretakers and Business Managers.**
***:

- **To arrange compliance and safety training for Soft service teams which must include ISS Education HSE induction & Placemaker Induction**
***:

- **Where appropriate to deliver compliance and safety training to Soft services teams**
***:

- **Ensure corrective actions are taken following audits and near hit reports**
***:

- **To support the operations teams in completing lower level investigations into incidents/accidents**
***

***

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**

***

***:

- **A clean full driving licence**
***:

- **Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills**
***:

- **Proven ability to analyse statistics and create meaningful reports**
***:

- **A self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships across the business**
***:

- **Excellent planning and organisational skills**
***:

- **Good verbal and written communication skills**
***:

- **Ability to use own initiative**
