**Job Title: Pathway Coordinator**
- To add targets to all new starters and amend at the start of each term for all remaining students.
- To check see saw content daily and advise staff of changes required.
- To upload daily reports.
- To collect and serve sandwiches to students
- Check risk assessments have been read by all staff and monitor tracker.
- Monitor company car checks and ensure they are booked in in good time.
- Update activities on rota throughout the day as they are approved.
- Upload home school documents and ensure they are returned
- Ensure staff have correct equipment and uniform and monitor.
- Monitor car insurance and MOT expiries for staff
- Ensure correct set up of new phones for staff and existing phones for new staff.
- Create new accounts for see saw for staff and profiles for students.
- Ensure that shadowing mentors are on the rota with correct staff.
- Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Operations Director or Managing Director.

**Person Specification**:
Education 1st is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our office team. Further skills they will need to possess are as follows:
Well organised, efficient, flexible, friendly and be able to communicate with other organisations and staff in a professional manner.

Written English skills need to be of an exceptionally high standard.

All applicants will be required to take an aptitude test in English and Maths as these are essential skills for this role.

A full, clean driving license is essential with access to your own vehicle.

Must have capacity to be able to work 12 additional mornings, 2 days, spread across 5 school holidays. (Over-time hours 9am-1pm)
