**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and directing phone calls - Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Greeting visitors -Welcoming clients, guests, and other visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner and ensuring they are well looked after.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings - Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings directly with our customers and on behalf of staff.
- Organising office operations - Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory, as well as ensuring a tidy and organised workspace.
- Assisting with administrative tasks - Providing administrative support to various departments, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Managing office communication
- Distributing internal communications, memos, and notices to staff members.
- Assisting with travel arrangements - Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation for employees.
- Supporting Health and safety functions - Maintain office safety standards by ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting basic checks, and collaborating with management to implement policies and procedures that promote a safe work environment.
- Providing general support - Assisting colleagues with various tasks and projects, as needed, to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Skills

- Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organisation - Strong organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain an efficient and orderly workspace.
- Attention to Detail - A high degree of attention to detail is crucial for accurately managing documents, data entry, and completing administrative tasks error-free.
- Time Management - Effective time management skills are essential for handling competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving - Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions independently or with mínimal guidance.

- Computer Proficiency - Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office & Google Work Space (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (copiers, printers).
- Customer Service - Strong customer service skills to assist and support to clients, guests, and colleagues with professionalism and empathy.
- Teamwork - Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Discretion - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Initiative - Proactive approach to work, taking initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Job Type**: Full Time Permanent

**Salary**: £19k - 22k Depending on experience.

**Education**: A-Level and above preferred

**Experience**:Customer service: 2 year (preferred)
