We are professional Construction and maintance company Based in Kidderminster.
We work with insurance and property management companies to repair and maintain domestic and commercial properties covering the West Midlands.
Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry.
- Data entry to Gclaims system.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and good phone etiquette
- Utilise Dext and Xero for financial record-keeping
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support the team with administrative duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
**Must have a background in Insurance claims/ Property Managment within the construction sector.**
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in data entry and office management is advantageous
