- Office setting
- We're looking for someone who would like to increase hours and responsibility with increased pay in the future. A great opportunity for someone wanting part-time hours now and full-time at some point in the future.
- Taking and processing customer orders;
- Ongoing contact with customers;
- Processing Sales and Purchase orders and invoices;
- Organise transport of orders to customers;
- Develop relationships with all customers;
- And, general duties that ensure the office runs smoothly and the production and transport of orders is carried out in an efficient manner;
Possibly, if experience and skills are relevant, become involved in some financial aspects of the business.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Accounts Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in **Sage** and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management practices
- **Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills**
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
