**Starting salary from £45,737 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £52,841 per annum.**
Are you looking for your next challenge? Do you want to work in partnership with staff, to develop and implement a new Total Reward Strategy that will make a real difference to Reward and Talent Management at UEA?

We have an excellent opportunity to bring this vision to life and we’re looking for the right person to help us deliver a Reward Framework that is affordable, sustainable and most importantly, which delivers results
You’ll take a hands-on approach to working with your team to shape a new service, so you’ll need experience of driving change to ensure business results are achieved and sustained. Demonstrable stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to challenge, influence and facilitate outcomes at all levels are essential. You will also have a good understanding of recent developments in reward and benefits, although direct experience of specialising in this area is not a requirement.
This full-time post is available from 1 January 2024 on an indefinite basis.
