Our exclusive partner **Logoplaste **is an industry expert, revolutionizing the recovery and transformation of used plastic packaging into new feedstock and manufacturing new bottles through a closed-loop system. We are currently seeking a dedicated Plant Administrator to support our teams in Coleford on a temporary basis, initially for 6 months with the potential for longer. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sustainable vision.

**Key Tasks & Activities**:

- **Month End KPI Reporting**: Collaborate with various departments to gather and compile essential information for month-end Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
- **Monthly Stock Reconciliation**: Conduct monthly stock reconciliation processes to ensure accurate inventory management.
- **External Training Records**: Maintain up-to-date external training records, ensuring compliance and providing necessary support.
- **Customer Communication**: Facilitate regular information sharing with customers on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Monthly Payroll Sheets**: Compile payroll data, including overtime, sickness, and deductions, for accurate monthly payroll processing.
- **HR Support**: Assist the HR department with tasks such as contracts, letters, note-taking, and maintenance of local HR records.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Utilize SAP to raise purchase orders, contributing to efficient procurement processes.
- **Query Handling**: Address and resolve inquiries promptly, providing effective answers and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
**Background and Experience**:

- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing or FMCG.
- Experience using SAP is advantageous, and familiarity with HR processes is a plus.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and channels, and knowledge of SAP is a valuable asset.

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to find solutions and problem-solve effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Flexibility and reliability are vital for success in this position.
- Excellent organizational skills, job prioritization, and confident communication at all levels.
