Customer Service Administrator

My client is experiencing phenomenal rates of growth and are expanding many of their teams.
One of the positions they now require is for an experienced customer service professional. You will be joining a fantastic company and team of people. There is a great deal of positive energy within this company and prospects for career growth are excellent
Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm as well as your base salary there is also team performance bonus which is paid monthly
- anything for £350per month
Duties
- Managing customer complaints and concerns
- anything from billing queries, order discrepancies et.
- Managing CRM
- You will be given 20 major accounts to manage and nurture
- full involvement with sales order processing, providing POD’s, stock management
- Production of regular back-order reports
- Processing customer returns and determining goods that are needed back for repair or for re issue
- Providing support to the internal sales team as required
**Requirements**:
