**RME Consultants are proud to be working with an established client who seeking a confident, organised and proactive Vehicle Administrator to support their company needs.**

**Role: Vehicle Administrator**

**Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum**

**Contract: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm**

**Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire**

**Main Duties for Vehicle Administrator**:

- **Prepare, check and approve all invoices**:

- **Communicate with customers regarding orders**:

- **Able to advise on export documentation procedures**:

- **Compile packing lists**:

- **Maintain a high level of customer service at all times**

**Experience required for Vehicle Administrator**:

- **Must be highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic to achieve**:

- **Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills**:

- **Efficient problem solver**:

- **Must have a minimum of 1 years customer service or sales experience**:

- **A knowledge of automotive parts and cars is advantageable**
