Dynamic UK property company looking for Temporary Property Inspectors to review properties throughout Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Nottingham, Manchester and Bristol, 6-month contracts, may be extended.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Property Managers with accurate and thorough reporting of the Properties
- Undertake property inspections across the portfolio of rental properties.
- Identifying urgent repairs as well as recommending proactive improvements to properties
- Sourcing contractors within the City
- Ensure all void properties are checked in accordance with insurance requirements.
- Responsible for notifying tenants of all attendance
- Assist with preparing and diarising inventory and move out inspections.
- Carry out spot checks and support the Property Manager when required
- Remind tenants of their obligations during their tenancy
- Carry out “End of Tenancy Inspections” and arrange Cleaning Contractors
- Ensure properties remain to high standards and meet current regulations
- Present during HMO inspections with local authorities
- Maintain consistency of work in all Cities
- Must have great attention to detail, self-motivation and experience working in a fast paced environment
- Confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Prompt, informative responses
- Proactive and organised
- A proven track record of working as a team player
- Honesty and integrity
- Training will be provided to individuals without relevant property employment experience
- Driving licence and own vehicle essential - car allowance provided
