Property Inspector

**Responsibilities include**:

- Carrying out regular inspections of common parts of managed properties;
- Identifying maintenance issues and reporting action points.
- Completing Inspection Reports on site and submitting via a designated app;
- Liaising with Senior Staff to complete required list of inspections each day;
- Smart, Professional Appearance;
- Ability to meet required deadlines;
- Attention to detail;
- Good communication skills;
- Willingness to Learn
- Self Motivation;

Training will be provided.

This role involves driving to different sites all day, with no office location.

Company Car, Mobile phone and Tablet will be provided.
