Property Inspector

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a number of Property Inspectors for our client based in the heart of Edinburgh. These roles are expected to start in April and last for around 6 months. Previous experience within the property industry is highly desirable, however applicants from a similar background from other industries may be considered. The hourly rate is £12.82ph and you will be working 37.5 hours per week.
**Main duties**:
- Deliver department KPI's around volume, deadlines, profit and growth of portfolio interaction in repairs.
- Conduct property inspections across our clients portfolio of rental properties.
- Identifying urgent repairs as well as recommending proactive improvements to properties
- Sourcing contractors within the Edinburgh, both quickly and efficiently
- Ensure all void properties are checked in accordance with insurance requirements.
- Assist with preparing and diarising inventory and move out inspections.
- Carry out spot checks and provide support to our Property Managers across the business
- Ensuring positive client feedback at all times.

- Previous experience within a similar role within the property industry would be highly advantageous
- Excellent customer service and customer facing skills
- Ability to prioritise workload, reacting to issues as and when they arise
- Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively manage your diary, ensuring you maximise your time and resources
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
