We are currently recruiting a Administration Assistant for our busy office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, located just off junction 37 of the M1 with free parking nearby.
**Responsibilities of an Administrator** include:
- Assisting with secretarial/assistant duties where required which may involve audio typing, producing bills
- Data entry and logging personal data onto our case management system
- Undertaking project work for the team, and collating information from key individuals.
- Working on legal documents, file opening and closing, production of paper and electronic bundles
- Taking telephone calls and fielding enquiries as appropriate
- Distribution of the post and scanning as necessary
- Filing, organising, scanning, copying and faxing legal documents
**As an Administrator you will have**:
- Attention to detail and be highly organised
- The ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced department
- Interpersonal skills
- Good Timekeeping
- Able to use your initiative
- Established IT skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Teams, Zoom, etc.
- The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately both in writing and verbally
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,500.00-£20,000.00 per year
