Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team at one of our partner schools in the S70 area. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the school staff, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Taking notes and recording minutes from meetings
  2. Preparing reports and documentation as required
  3. Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
  4. Providing administrative support with classroom preparation and organization
  5. Assisting with photocopying and scanning documents
Requirements
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • A strong command of English language skills, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Previous experience working in schools or similar environments
  • An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service (or willingness to complete a new DBS)
