Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory and stock control.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and input rotas for staff members.
- Manage job adverts.
- Provide meeting minutes, and agendas in preparation for upcoming meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing and preparation of general upcoming activities / events.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in using Office 365.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and stock control methods.
