The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a People Administrator to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. Working as part of the Group People function, the People Administrator will work as part of a team to provide effective administration support relating to the employee life cycle and the associated people related processes and activities, managing them in a timely manner. You will also develop and maintain positive relationships, promoting and protecting the Osborne reputation whilst remaining customer focused in line with company policies and values.

The People Team are based in our Head Office in Reigate, although this role is being offered on either a hybrid or fully remote basis. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, although we are happy to consider applicants looking for part time hours.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an organised administrator who has previously worked to support a busy, fast paced and energetic HR function. An understanding and experience of HR systems would be an advantage. You will work effectively in a busy team and be able to prioritise and take the lead on administration tasks. You will also liaise well with internal and external stakeholders and adopt a collaborative manner at all times so a high level of customer service is essential. You must be highly proactive with excellent attention to detail and used to multi-tasking as you will be managing a high work load. It is also important that you are comfortable with technology as you will be managing and running sessions across various platforms, often remotely.
