**About the role**

The Head of Innovation is a visionary and impactful leader at the forefront of driving cutting-edge advancements, oriented towards both Codestones offerings and value to customers, as well as our internal approach to realise accelerated delivery outcomes. They will be experienced in strategy, solution design, product development and business growth through innovation.

With a firm understanding of emerging technologies and market trends, the Head of Innovation will lead the ideation and delivery of transformative projects, encourage a culture of creativity and collaboration, and cultivate a dynamic environment where ideas flourish into positive change.

Working closely with the COO and CCO as well as wider leaders across the business, The Head of Innovation will help identify new business opportunities, accelerate product development, and ensure our company remains a pioneer in the ERP, Data and Analytics, and Cloud and Managed Services technology delivery landscape.

This role will have access to all employees and partners from a contribution perspective and will form logical teams of individuals to realise outcomes. The role will not initially include direct line management of any individuals. The role will be a key part of the senior operational leadership team.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Ideation, including the identification, development and execution of a high-impact innovation strategy and roadmap, aligned to strategic business goals and growth priorities.
- Manage a portfolio of disruptive innovation projects oriented around internal use cases for efficiency and effectiveness leveraging technology, people & processes.
- Collaborate to create business models and commercial strategies to leverage growth opportunities from mature innovations.
- Promote Codestones innovation agenda, influencing and generating support across the Codestone workforce to enable rapid and successful execution of the innovation agenda.
- Educate through coaching and mentoring on new solutions and innovation opportunities, maintaining strong local contact with key stakeholders and contributors.
- Track and report to the COO on innovation metrics and business impact on a regular basis. Establish Codestone as a recognised innovation leader amongst Customer and Industry groups, building relevant and effective partnerships and attracting and retaining talent that is aligned to the innovation agenda.

**About You**

You will be an influential and charismatic senior leader, with the ability to inspire, motivate and support high performing teams in a matrix delivery model. You'll have experience of creative engagement and facilitation, bringing teams together with varied skillsets from both within an organisation and from external stakeholders to achieve objectives.

**Experience Required**:

- 10+ years of experience in Innovation, Technology, and solutions development.
- Ideally 5+ years at a large-scale technology company.
- Demonstrable success in defining an innovation culture and leading growth through innovative delivery.
- Experience of balancing day to day operational demands with broader organisation priorities and strategy.
- Experience of service design and improvement approaches.
- Experience of leading successful change programmes in an organisation of comparable scale and scope that directly improved the profitability of those organisations.
