The Head of Systematic Technology will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the technology agenda for the firm's systematic trading division. This division operates at the forefront of quantitative research and algorithmic trading, leveraging cutting-edge technology to achieve outstanding performance.

Driving innovation by exploring and adopting emerging technologies and methodologies in systematic trading and financial technology.
Taking ownership of the technological roadmap for the systematic trading division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Extensive experience in software development and technology leadership roles, preferably in the finance or trading industry.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis and algorithmic trading.
In-depth knowledge of systematic trading systems, including algorithmic execution, risk management, and market data processing.
