**We are recruiting for a 12 month maternity cover role which has the potential to be made a permanent position.**
The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and confidential high level of administrative and customer support to both customers and internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the business.
**Duties will include**:
- Receiving and processing customer orders accurately
- Ensure customer queries are resolved in a polite and timely manner
- Complete administration duties as required
**Our essential requirements**:
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Experience of general office administration and working environment
- Good standard of English and Maths
- Full driving licence and your own car as there are no public transport links to our site
**Desirable**:
- Working knowledge of computer software including Dynamics Business Central and other Microsoft programmes but full training will be given

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
- Be a multi-tasker
- Show a helpful and positive attitude in a busy environment

**Package and Benefits**:
- Salary £21,500 rising to £22,500 on successful completion of probation
- Monday - Friday 37.5 (exact hrs to be confirmed between 7.30 am and 5.30pm )
- 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holiday
- Ability to purchase 5 additional days holiday
