37.5 hours a week based at Heathcote House, Leamington Hospital.
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our progressive admin team at our Single Point of Access for Podiatry and Orthotics. To lead the team, in delivering a countywide appointment booking & Triage service.

To manage front door Single Point of Access (iSPA) service delivery and administration staff in order to provide a comprehensive administration service.
To make a substantial contribution to the success of the Single Point of Access (iSPA) by providing an excellent administrative service. To enhance the effectiveness of the iSPA service for SWFT and administration staff by ensuring efficient resource use, communication between the iSPA for patients, carers, staff and other health and social care organisations involved in patient care

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for ensuring the details of all new patients referred, screened and are recorded accurately on Patient Information System according to departmental protocol
Responsible for recording patient details and the details of the care given onto a data base and working with personnel to retrieve relevant information
Answering non
- medical telephone enquiries from a range of organisations with regard to patients and the service and where appropriate liaising with the Podiatry and Orthotics Team and other health or social care managers
Oversees ordering and organising equipment and supplies within agreed budget and authorizing financial payments (staff expenses, enhancements
To analyse data and call volume spreadsheets; presenting in graphs to determine trends or highlight potential problems
To act as a liaison and point of contact between the iSPA and other health and social care organisations as required
To ensure effective running of all key aspects of office administration and iSPA processes taking into account the interface with Podiatry and Orthotics Teams
To carry out any ad-hoc duties defined by the Manager
To be able to communicate effectively on different levels to ensure smooth running of the iSPA and to maintain good working relationships, thus being a key player in business development
To assist the Podiatry and Orthotics Teams and others to conduct regular audits and to help them comply with core standards, policies, procedures and accurate documentation standards
To understand the sensitive nature of the job and to maintain confidentiality at all times
To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibility of the job
