Job Title: Team Administrator

Duration: 12 months with the scope to extend

Location: Warwick/Remote (1-2 days per month in office)

Pay rate: Circa £29k - £31k per Annum

My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy companies in the world. The team is based across Warwick and flexible arrangements are supported and encouraged, although there will be a requirement to attend the office as and when required.

Job Purpose

To provide support to management and their relative teams, ensuring effective use of the team's time in pursuing business objectives.

Key Accountabilities
- Process incoming change requests access forms and requests, ensuring a good attention to detail, ensuring that the information being processed is correct - liaising with relevant departments.
- Support Contractor queries regarding Fast Draft / Change Control queries.
- Monitor and allocate incoming items within the dedicated. Box
- Provide ad-hoc support and training as and when required for the PM/QS's, to include, but not limited to, PMI, Compensation Events, Early Warning Notices.
- Support the regular contractual audit processes where required.
- Ensure all data logs and systems for contract management records are accurately maintained at all times.
- Support the Customer Connections team with Purchase Order requisitions.
- Order any PPE, Mobile phone, etc for team members, via the in-house COUPA system

Provide other contractual administrative support to the Customer Connections team where required.
- Arrange team events and meetings as and when required.
- Support Contractor queries regarding Fast Draft / Change Control queries.
- Send or create reports as and when required, including the use of Power BI and Fast Draft.
- Issuing Contractor Communications

Key skills:

- Experience of general team administration within a large organisation
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Effective stakeholder management with excellent communication skills and a track record of demonstrating the ability to effectively establish sustainable relationships with key internal and external personnel
- Effective communication skills including the ability to manipulate and present data and information to support business requirements
- Knowledge of SAP purchasing system for reporting and raising of purchase orders
