We've been selling luscious, beautifully made alternative clothing since 2010, to discerning clothing fans all over the UK. We are now looking for an extra Operations Assistant to join our team.

**Job Role**:
**Who are we looking for?**
A team player with strong organisational skills, you must be able to prioritise your workload, display sound judgement under pressure and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be an effective confident communicator with _**excellent written and spoken English**_ and good interpersonal skills. You will have _**good computer skills**_ with some knowledge of e-commerce listings and social media. You will also need to have a good general level of fitness as your role may involve lifting, moving stock and carrying between offices and sometimes up a flight of stairs. Ideally you will have previous experience working for an E-commerce company. It also goes without saying that you must be an excellent timekeeper.

**What will your role be?**

**General duties**
- Picking and packing of orders and distribution
- Assisting with the day to day routine work at the office
- Assisting with the customer service and administration
- General warehouse duties including but not limited to stock control, quality control, sorting stock from new shipments
- Creating and updating product listings on our website and various selling platforms
- Keeping the workplace tidy and organised
- Perform any other reasonable duties as may be requested by the company

**About you**

Essential Skills:

- Organised, tidy and efficient
- Excelent understanding of using a PC or MAC
- Able to occasionally lift heavy boxes
- Flexible and happy to take on additional duties to help our business grow
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when packing and processing orders

This job description is an indicator of general areas of responsibility & will be amended in accordance with the changing needs of the organisation in consultation with the post holder.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £11,400.00 per year
