Administration Team Leader to join our small team.

This is a key position.

It will involve you working as a team member with all departments:

  • Sales, Production, Purchasing, Distribution & Accounts.
You will be responsible for administering and coordinating the entire process from receiving customer orders through to final invoicing.

Sales order administration:


This involves receiving and adding sales orders to our systems, then reviewing and performing a series of checks to ensure we can meet the requirements of our customers.


Planning and scheduling:


With a clear understating of material requirements and stocks, you will work with our production teams to carefully load and plan manufacturing slots to both fit our preferred production sequences and drafting the best distribution loads.

All to meet our customer deadlines.

Documentation:

At every stage of manufacture, you will work and coordinate supporting order documentation to match the carefully planned schedules.

We operate to 3 different ISO standards and attention to detail and accuracy are important to the smooth running of the business.


Distribution support:


Supporting our "In House" and 3rd party distribution teams, you will oversee the planning, forecasting arranging and daily load schedules.

Load maximisation and route efficiency are key aspects of cost effectiveness which are part of the forward planning process.

Driver support and oversight of the asset management software ensures we are safe, compliant and supportive to our teams on the road.


Office Coordination:

Keeping the office well organised and efficient, is an important aspect of the role.

We are an adaptable business, we often need to react to changes to customer needs or material variances with ease and no fuss.

Keeping things calm and organised is a key part of the role.

Admin Team:


As team leader, you will lead a small admin team with experience and support to help our people thrive and perform in their roles here.

Following our leadership approach guidelines, you will oversee the coordination of day to day tasks and activities, team and individual training, holidays and people management for your team.


Materials & Deliveries


We are busy throughout the day with incoming deliveries, the Admin Team provide the gatekeeper and signposting role for this.

Planning and day to oversight of deliveries is required to keep things running smoothly. Clear communication and coordinating with our Forklift Teams ensures deliveries run smoothly throughout the day.

Systems & Communication:

IT, Data & Technology
Data Back ups

Basic oversight of day to Day IT issues.

First point of contact to IT and Data issues.

Role Details:

Full Time - Mon to Friday 8.30pm to 5pm (1/2 unpaid Lunch)

Previous experience and proven ability.
