Job Title: Business Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our North Devon Older Persons Mental Health (OPMH) Community team based in Abbotsvale, Bideford Hospital.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a team of clinical staff assessing and caring for patients within the community. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and responding to telephone inquiries
  2. Preparing and typing correspondence, assessment letters, and appointment letters
  3. Minute-taking and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel
  4. Updating patient records in SystmOne

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ3 in administration or equivalent level administrative knowledge and experience
  • GCSE English or equivalent
  • Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
  • ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence)
