**Salary: up to £25,000 per annum**
**Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week) No weekends**

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Kettering. You’ll be joining a fantastic brand with a global presence. You’ll be joining our client’s small HR team, consisting of a HR Manager, a HR Coordinator and HR & Payroll Assistant.This is a multi-faceted role, part payroll administration based (data entry focused) and HR general enquiries. You’ll support the HR Coordinator with daily general enquiries from their Head Office of circa 250 employees.
**Summary of role**:
The second half of the month: gathering information for the monthly payroll, such as worked overtime, scheduled bonuses and annual leave. Your involvement with the company payroll is purely from an administrative - data entry perspective. Excellent attentionto detail is required to ensure accurate payroll processing.
**Breakdown of key responsibilities**:
**Reporting**:
- Headcount
- Health and Safety Metrics
- RB Consulting (Compliance Training)
- Sickness Reporting
- ONS
**Compliance**
- Support SM&CR processes
- LERN and Code of Conduct Training
- Managing car allowance compliance checks
- Fleet Administration
- Escalation of non-conformance to HR Manager where required
**Payroll**
- Undertaking payroll activity
- Coordinate payroll administration/reporting
**HRIS System**
- Managing day-to-day HR transactions and queries through HR Shared Mailbox, forwarding to HR Coordinator and HR Manager as required
- Processing New Starters and leavers
- Sickness management
- Arrange for probation reviews/sign off
**Other duties**
- Arranging for service awards
- Supporting the HR Coordinator with Recruitment Processes as required
- Undertaking any other duties that may be required to ensure the smooth running of the function including cover for HR Coordinator during their absence
